Every Nullpoint plugin activates once with your license key, then runs fully offline. Your key lives in your account and works on every machine you own.
FIRST-TIME ACTIVATION

Install the plugin
Run the installer from your account or the Downloads page, then restart your DAW so it rescans plugins.

Copy your license key
Sign in and open My Licenses. Each plugin shows a key in the form NP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX — copy it.

Open the plugin in your DAW
Insert the plugin on a track. On first launch it shows an activation panel asking for your key.

Paste the key and activate
Paste the key and press Activate. The plugin verifies once over the internet — this takes a second.

You’re done — work offline
After the one-time check the plugin runs fully offline. You will not be asked again on this machine.
COMMON TASKS
Lost your key
Every key is always in My Licenses under your account — re-copy it any time. Nothing to recover by email.
New computer
Just install and paste the same key. Single licenses cover all your personal machines.
Selling / retiring a machine
Deauthorize it from My Licenses so the seat frees up for another computer.
Key rejected
Check for trailing spaces and that you copied the whole key. Still stuck? Contact support with your order email.

SingleActivate on all your personal machines — one seat, one person.
StudioEach seat is one team member; manage them from My Licenses.
Move a seatDeauthorize a machine in your account, then activate the new one.
OFFLINE ACTIVATION
No internet on your studio machine? On any online device, open My Licenses, choose Offline activation, and generate a response file from the challenge code the plugin shows. Load it back into the plugin to activate — no connection required afterward.
