License Agreement

On purchase, Nullpoint Audio grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to install and use the plugin under the seat count of your license tier (Single, Studio, or Organization). The license is to use the software; ownership and all intellectual property in it remain with Nullpoint Audio.

Install and activate on the number of machines your tier allows. Use the plugin in unlimited personal and commercial productions — music, film, games, client work — with no royalties owed on your output. Move your activation to a new machine at any time from your account.

You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or transfer your license or license key to anyone else; share keys publicly; or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the activation system except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Activation is a one-time step per machine using your license key. After activation the plugin runs fully offline. We may offer online license management for your convenience, but continuous connectivity is never required to keep using software you've activated.

Your purchase includes free updates within the same major version (e.g. all 1.x releases). Future major versions may be offered as paid upgrades. We are not obligated to provide updates, but we aim to keep the plugin working on currently supported operating systems and hosts.

The software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nullpoint Audio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the license. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

This license lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you materially breach these terms — for example by redistributing keys. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
